Routine bloodwork should measure eosinophil counts. If high, then a person has either allergies or parasites. Determining which allergen is causing problems is simple. Ask the magic question:
"What is the one food that you wouldn't want me to take out of your diet?" 95% of people will tell you what they're allergic to. The reason is simple. Allergens cause a little adrenaline spike. It feels good to eat what you are allergic to. Several times, I have heard patients say, "I can't be allergic to milk. I love milk. I drink several glasses a day." To confirm this diagnosis, the consensus among naturopathic doctors is that you should take the Alletess IgG and IgA best blood tests.
Since allergies are typically caused by leaky gut, a leaky gut protocol is best.
Avoid high allergen foods that you crave and show positive in Alletess labs: Typical eggs, wheat, dairy, or yeast.
Take a natural antibiotic like Super Bio Vegetarian.
If you have fungal issues take a 6 week tapered round of Nystatin.
Take a good pro/pre biotic take it at the same time.
In just a few days you should notice symptoms dramatically improve.
